विश्व हिंदी सचिवालय अधिनियम 2002
की धारा 6 में सचिवालय की एक शासी परिषद के गठन का प्रावधान है।
शासी परिषद के वर्तमान सदस्य इस प्रकार हैं :
Governing Council
Section 6 of the World Hindi
Secretariat Act 2002, makes provision for the establishment of a Governing
Council of the Secretariat.
The present composition of the Council is a follows:

के अनुरूप मॉरीशस सरकार तथा भारत सरकार द्वारा मनोनीत मंत्री गण के
अतिरिक्त दोनों देशों की सरकार द्वारा मनोनीत हिंदी के क्षेत्र में
ख्याति-प्राप्त दो विद्वान शासी परिषद के सदस्य होते हैं।
According to the WHS Act 2002
two
persons nominated by the Prime Minister from among eminent persons
in the field of Hindi
in Mauritius and two
other persons nominated by the Government of the Republic of India
from among eminent persons in the field of Hindi are the Governing
Council Members.
